We want you to love your RePage. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns on unused, unmarked, and non-personalized items within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, tags attached, and show no signs of wear or use (this includes leather covers and insert packs).

What about opened or partially used items?

Because journals and paper can be written on, we can’t accept returns on items that show evidence of use. If an insert pack or cover has been opened but remains unused and in original condition, please contact us and we’ll review your request.

Personalized items

Custom or engraved covers are made just for you for that reason personalized items are non-returnable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

My order arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described

We’re sorry. Email us at support@repage.pk with your order number, a short description, and a clear photo of the issue. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from the listing, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We may ask for a photo or short video to speed things up.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other eligible returns the customer is responsible for return postage and any related customs/fees.

Store credit & exchanges

Prefer store credit? No problem tell us when you contact support. Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

How to request a return or report an issue

Email orders@repage.com within 5 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Photos (if damaged/faulty)
    We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
