We build products to last, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes — we accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

WHAT ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED?

We can’t accept returns on used, damaged, customized, or personalized products. Opened paper refills are also non-returnable.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Drop us a message at support@repage.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY.

We’re sorry. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

CAN I GET STORE CREDIT INSTEAD?

Yes. If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
